1. Our accessibility commitment
Actimise is committed to improving the accessibility of its website and online property-enquiry process. We aim to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable. This statement describes our current approach and will be updated as we review and improve the website.
2. Using this website
We intend for visitors to be able to navigate using a keyboard, zoom text without losing essential content, use clear heading structures, access labelled form controls, understand validation errors, pause or avoid non-essential motion, and use the website on desktop, tablet and mobile. If a form is unsuitable for you, you can contact Actimise by email at info@actimise.co.uk.
3. Measures implemented
The following measures are shown only when they are genuinely implemented and kept under review:
Semantic page structure and one primary heading per page
Visible keyboard focus and descriptive links
Form labels and text-based error messages
Colour-contrast review
Responsive layouts
Reduced-motion support
Image alternative text, accessible accordions and minimum touch-target sizing
4. Forms and rental appraisals
Required fields are identified and errors are presented in text. Telephone contact is optional where email contact is selected. Where a form uses multiple stages, progress should be communicated clearly and users should not lose data after a correctable error. If you prefer not to use a form, email info@actimise.co.uk.
5. Keyboard navigation
Menus, buttons, accordions and forms are intended to work without a mouse. We will keep this statement under review as keyboard testing is completed across relevant journeys.
6. Text, colour and media
Text should resize without loss of essential content, and information should not be conveyed by colour alone. Where meaningful video includes audio, captions or transcripts should be provided. Decorative hero video is muted, with reduced-motion alternatives and a static poster image available where relevant.
7. Known limitations
We continue to review the website and may identify additional improvements. Any identified limitation should be recorded below with its affected feature, description, workaround, planned remediation and review date.
8. Third-party content
Some linked or embedded third-party services may be outside Actimise’s direct control. We encourage third parties to provide accessible services, but their accessibility arrangements may differ from this website.
9. Reporting a problem
If you find an accessibility problem, please email info@actimise.co.uk. To help us investigate, include the page address, a description of the issue, your device and browser where known, any assistive technology used where relevant, and your preferred contact method. We will consider each report and respond in line with our operational capacity.
10. Alternative formats
You may request information in an alternative accessible format by emailing Actimise at info@actimise.co.uk. Please tell us what you need and how you would prefer to receive it.
11. Technical information
The following fields are editable and should be completed only after appropriate testing. Actimise does not publish a conformance claim before testing.

12. Review and testing
This statement is reviewed alongside relevant design, content and technical changes. Testing may include keyboard use, zoom and reflow, responsive layouts, form journeys, colour contrast and assistive-technology checks. Findings are used to prioritise improvements.
