1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember choices, and in some cases to provide information about how a site is used.

2. Similar technologies

This policy also covers similar storage and access technologies, including local storage, session storage, pixels and tags where they are used. These can store or access information on your device in different ways.

3. Technologies used by this website

Actimise maintains an editable technology inventory for any technology identified during a cookie audit. At the date shown above, no optional analytics or advertising technologies are currently active on this website. The public inventory is therefore not shown until there is a verified technology to list.

4. Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies may support core page delivery, security, form operation, fraud or spam prevention, administrator authentication and saving a user’s cookie choice. Consent may not be required for technology that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested, but clear information about its use should still be provided.

5. Form and preference storage

Actimise does not currently use local storage or session storage to retain form progress. If form-draft storage is introduced, this policy will explain what is stored, why it is stored, whether it leaves your device, and when it expires or is removed.

6. Security and anti-spam

No Turnstile, CAPTCHA or other named security provider is currently enabled on this website. If this changes, we will identify the provider, explain what it does, and update this policy together with our Privacy Notice.

7. Analytics

Actimise does not currently activate optional analytics cookies. If optional analytics is configured in future, we will identify the provider, explain its purpose and duration, block it before valid consent, provide equally prominent Accept and Reject choices alongside Settings, and allow consent to be withdrawn.

8. Marketing technologies

Actimise does not currently use advertising or remarketing technologies. Any advertising or remarketing technology must remain disabled until valid consent is obtained.

9. Third-party content

Where third-party content is added in future, it may set or access its own cookies or similar technologies. We will identify the relevant provider and explain the appropriate choice before any non-essential technology is activated.

10. Managing your choices

If optional technologies are introduced, they will be off by default. You will be able to Accept, Reject or open Settings with equal prominence, change your choice later, and withdraw consent. Refusing optional cookies will not block access to the website. We will record the consent version and date as part of the consent process.

11. Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies through their settings. Please note that disabling strictly necessary technologies may affect the availability or operation of certain website features.

12. Policy changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, technology or legal requirements change. The last-updated date at the top of this page will show when the policy was most recently revised.
