WHAT WE DO
Reviewing the tenancy before management begins
We onboard the landlord and property, then review the records available for the existing tenancy. This includes tenancy and deposit information, prescribed and compliance documents, tenant contact details, rent and payment information, maintenance history, safety certificates and any existing issues.

A STRUCTURED HANDOVER
Clear information, clear next steps
Actimise identifies missing or expired documentation and tells you what needs addressing. We introduce ourselves to the tenant and explain the management handover. Where applicable, we coordinate with the previous agent to obtain the information needed for a practical transition. Once the takeover is complete, we coordinate rent collection, maintenance, inspections and landlord reporting.
Actimise cannot retrospectively correct historic legal breaches. We may require outstanding compliance matters to be resolved before or during the takeover.
